Cancellation by Participants: In the event that a participant (student or parent/guardian) decides to cancel their enrollment in a class for any reason, refunds will not be provided. This policy applies regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Cancellation by the Organization: If a class is canceled by our organization due to reasons such as insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund of any fees paid for the canceled class will be issued promptly.

Missed Classes: Our no refund policy also applies to missed classes due to participant absence. Participants are responsible for attending classes as scheduled, and refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.

Appeals and Exceptions: Requests for exceptions to this policy, such as due to documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
